The Aruba WINE and DINE group recently chose the “Employees for the month of JULY” from both the “front” and “back” of the house.

Managers form the Aruba WINE and DINE group nominated their STAR employees from the following establishments: Hadicurari, Moomba Beach, Salt & Pepper, Tango Argentine Grill, Sopranos Piano Bar, Matilde, Mambo Jambo and Café The Plaza.

"Front of the House"

Mark Purley, bartender of Moomba Beach Bar, has been chosen as employee of the Month July 2007 for the “Front of the House”.

The Manager of the bar, Gijs van t’ Hullenaar, describes Mark as being a valued employee, always on time and always willing to go the extra mile when we need him for our guests. A Team player and a colleague you can build on. Mark has been with us for 3 years and we are very happy that he is our employee of the JULY.

"Back of the House"

Escilda Lorduy joined the Mambo Jambo kitchen brigade 2 years ago and has been chosen as Employee of the “Back of the House” for the Month of JULY 2007. Qualities like, being cooperative, flexible, having a positive attitude and being open for “change” have made Escilda an excellent role model for others. She always acknowledges guests and staff alike, is welcoming, friendly and offers a smile.
